<strong style="font-weight:700;">Job Title: Clean Room Operator</strong><br /><strong>Job Description</strong><p>The Clean Room Operator ensures that production remains free from contamination by consistently following strict clean room guidelines. This role focuses on maintaining a highly organized, sanitary workspace and properly caring for equipment in a very clean medical environment.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Follow all established clean room protocols and procedures to prevent contamination during production activities.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area at all times.</li><li>Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, and equipment in accordance with clean room standards.</li><li>Handle materials and products carefully to protect them from contamination.</li><li>Maintain and care for equipment, reporting any issues or irregularities promptly.</li><li>Follow assigned task lists accurately and complete all tasks as directed by leadership.</li><li>Support inventory-related tasks in the clean room or warehouse area as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout each shift.</li></ul><strong>Essential Skills</strong><ul><li>Experience working in a clean room, cleaning, or similar controlled environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail when following procedures and completing tasks.</li><li>Ability to follow a task list and carry out any assigned duties reliably.</li><li>Capability to bend and lift up to 30 pounds safely.</li><li>Basic understanding of warehouse inventory support tasks.</li><li>Reliability and consistency in following strict cleanliness and procedural standards.</li></ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Comfort working in a medical or highly controlled environment.</li><li>No certifications required for this role.</li><li>No specialized personal protective equipment (PPE) or medical monitoring required beyond standard site practices.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adhere to clean room protocols and guidelines.</li></ul><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>You will work in a very clean, organized medical environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and cleanliness.
