Immunizing Registered Nurse Location: Oakland, CA Pay: $57.48/hour Job Type: Temporary Hours: ~35 hours/week Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday — 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Work Setting: On-site / patient-facing Job ID: 172803 Position Overview We’re seeking an Immunizing Registered Nurse (RN) to support an in-store vaccination initiative. In this role, you’ll administer a variety of vaccines while providing a high-quality, compassionate patient experience in a fast-paced community healthcare setting. PPE is provided. What You’ll Do Administer vaccines including Flu, COVID, MMR (and other applicable vaccines) Provide excellent patient care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Educate and support patients throughout the vaccination process Collaborate with onsite team members to maintain a positive, high-energy care environment Adapt quickly to workflow changes and patient volume Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted RN license in California BLS (Basic Life Support) certification 1+ year of nursing experience, including immunizations/vaccination experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List Benefits (Eligibility-Based) Benefits may be available to eligible employees after 90 days 401(k) option with company match may be available after 1 year Interested?
