From the extremely detailed listing, insuring every wonderful feature of my home made it to the buyer, to the daily and sometimes hourly updates at closing. Missions staging and photography group made sure that every bit of charm in my 1930s farmhouse was captured perfectly.During the process whenever there were inspections ordered or repairs to be made Mission had the resources available immediately and also gave me the option of retaining the services myself. He had done his research prior to our first meeting, showing comps from neighboring homes. I was impressed with the knowledge he has with the marketing of homes. Everything that Clayton predicted happened. He said he felt our home would sell within 2 weeks, and he knew we could get our asking price. Clayton sold out home in 8 days, and we got our asking price. Clayton also stayed in close contact throughout the entire process, and answered all questions we may have had, quickly and concisely. Kendal, Clayton's listing manager, is also a great asset to his team. She coordinated many things, from scheduling staging of a home, a great photo shoot, and all the listing responsibilities.
