Job Description

• Design and present bespoke wardrobe solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing the sale.
• Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and layouts to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are accurately executed.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Conduct site visits to ensure accurate measurements and design feasibility.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Designer should have:

• Proven experience in sales or design within the luxury Wardrobe,Kitchen or Bathroom projects
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
• A creative mindset with the ability to translate client needs into practical designs.
• Technical knowledge of design tools or software is advantageous.
• A results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving License.
