AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for an Enfranchisement Solicitor for a progressive client of ours based in North London. We are seeking an Enfranchisement Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join their growing team.
You will have:
Experience in preparing applications to the first-tier property tribunal:
Experience attending tribunal and the County Court on all issues related to claims made under the 1993 Act:
Some experience in Right to Manage claims as well as service charge disputes and general property management would be an advantage:
Experience in dealing with volume applications would be an advantage.
You will be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in business development and marketing.
