About the Role

New Homes Sales Negotiator – East Horsley, Surrey £20,000–£25,000 basic | £30,000–£40,000 OTE | Full‑time

A driven, people‑focused Sales Negotiator is required to support the launch and sale of new build homes. Ideal for someone keen to grow their career in property — previous sales or estate agency experience is helpful but not essential.

What you’ll do
  • Welcome and qualify buyers
  • Handle enquiries and conduct viewings
  • Manage leads and maintain regular follow‑up
  • Support reservations and sales progression
  • Deliver a smooth, positive customer experience
What you’ll need
  • Confident, well‑presented communicator
  • Friendly, proactive approach
  • Strong organisation and motivation
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to drive
  • Interest in property and new homes
Hours
  • Mon–Fri: 8:30am–6pm
  • Saturdays on a rota
Package
  • Basic salary: £20,000–£25,000 DOE
  • Commission + performance bonuses
  • Realistic OTE: £30,000–£40,000
