About the Role
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations. You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering excellent service to the customers.
Key Responsibilities
Communicating daily goals and deadlines to team members
Planning workloads and delegating tasks effectively
Creating and maintaining a productive and positive working environment
Assisting in training and developing warehouse staff
Performing customer service duties, including customer interaction when required
Sharing business updates and information with the wider team
Providing hands-on support to ensure daily workloads are completed on time
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years' experience leading a team within a warehouse environment or fulfilment operation
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
Good Level of English
