Benefits Verification Reps
Benefit Verification Representatives serve as key liaisons between patients, health care providers and insurance carriers, resolving insurance-related issues to ensure the timely processing and delivery of prescription orders. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from patients and colleagues while also making daily outbound calls to support exceptional service. Each conversation helps improve access to care and peace of mind for those who need it most.
Call Center Customer Service Reps
Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in providing guidance and assistance to our plan members. Whether resolving a complex inquiry or offering a reassuring voice, every moment matters—big or small. Our representatives ensure members receive the support they need, whether from our call center locations or remotely, always putting people first.
Call Center Customer Service Supervisors
Frontline leaders support customer service representatives in their day-to-day operations. Supervisors are responsible for coaching and developing teams while leading projects and initiatives that drive the success of the Customer Care organization. Every moment matters as they empower teams to provide exceptional service, ensuring that each interaction makes a difference.
Data Entry
Data Entry roles primarily focus on entering, updating and maintaining patient and insurance records, as well as managing invoices and reports by required deadlines. While behind the scenes, these roles ensure accuracy and efficiency, when it comes to supporting patient care and ensuring seamless operations.
Member Engagement Coordinator
As the heart of our organization, our Member Engagement Coordinators (MECs) make outbound calls and schedule In-Home Health Evaluations. MECs have the option to work remotely and play a key role in ensuring high quality service, keeping people healthy and independent at home.
Member Engagement Manager
Member Engagement Managers lead and support their teams by guiding, motivating and recognizing MEC representatives to ensure the organization meets its goals.
Quality and Training
The Quality and Training team creates an environment where our member engagement coordinators are set up for success. This team identifies trends, facilitates training, evaluates employees and provides valuable feedback to improve how we engage with and support our members.
Welcome Coordinators
Be the first point of contact for our patients. As Welcome Coordinators, you will warmly welcome and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. You will schedule appointments, answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. As a vital member of our team, your friendly demeanor and ability to create a welcoming environment will contribute to the overall patient experience.
