<p><strong>Childcare Lawyer needed in Bury Paying £55 per hr ref 000A F367 / 1</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
<ul>

<p><em>Key Responsibilities</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage a varied caseload of public law childcare matters, including care proceedings, supervision orders and emergency protection orders</li>
<li>Represent the authority in Family Courts, including contested hearings</li>
<li>Provide timely legal advice to Children’s Social Care and other internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Draft legal documentation, statements and court applications</li>
<li>Advise on pre‑proceedings under the Public Law Outline (PLO)</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, guidance and case law</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with social workers, managers and partner agencies</li>
<li>Contribute to service development and continuous improvement</li>
