About the Role
Detailed description of work task to be carried out Take part in BizDevOps SAFe Agile team, focusing on applications' maintenance and lifecycle management. Deliver activities needed to achieve the overall SLA objectives and high quality of IT service, including incident management, problem management and service fulfillment. Deliver according to scope, quality, Bank's standards and timeliness to meet agreed service levels and successfully fulfil business requirements Drive own part of a change initiative with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions. Contribute in the backlog management during SAFe ceremonies, including refining and planing Agile stories needed to deliver prioritised Epics and Features. Contribute to the improvement of robustness and quality of applications supporting a business area to secure reliable, scalable and up-to-date production environment Keep track of the latest developments and best practices within own area of expertise constantly ensuring professional development Must-have knowledge and experience IT Skills - Deep experience on IBM Mainframe zOS on an operational level - DB2 - Search in DB2 - Read and search in files (Hexadecimal) on mainframe - JCL - TWS(OPC) Payment Skills: - Payments - Debit - Credit - Transactions - Statements - SWIFT - MT940 - MT950 - camt.052 - camt.053 Personal Skills - Focus on the business' problems - Systematic Nice-to-have knowledge and experience Previous hands-on experience handling application maintenance tasks. Work experience managing applications on Red Hat Linux
