Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and devices by following detailed instructions, diagrams, and schematics. The ideal candidate will have steady hands, good eyesight, and a strong focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring based on schematics and work instructions
Use hand tools, soldering irons, and small machines to build and test electronic assemblies
Inspect parts and completed products to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and report defects or faulty components
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times
Keep accurate records of production and test results
Requirements:
Previous experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or related field preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Comfortable working with small parts and using precision tools
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to [30] lbs
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills:
IPC or J-STD soldering certification (if applicable)
