Pink Tile Education is recruiting for a specialist school near Emsworth that supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience supporting young people who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, behavioural challenges or barriers to mainstream education.
The school takes a therapeutic and relationship-led approach, helping pupils build resilience, confidence and positive pathways for the future.
The Role
Supporting students with SEMH needs throughout the school day
Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies
Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Supporting classroom learning and engagement
Working alongside teaching, pastoral and therapy teams
We’re Looking For
Psychology graduates or graduates from a related discipline
An interest in mental health, behaviour and child development
Emotional resilience and a calm, proactive nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for supporting vulnerable young people
