Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)

Detailed description of the work task to be carried out:

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong technical background and business mindset who can build a bridge between complex business questions and actionable insights through Power BI.

You’ll design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards while working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate needs into data solutions, and guide decision-making.

Must-have knowledge and experience:

• Proven Power BI development experience (Power Query, ETL processes, data modelling, DAX, etc.)
• Experience in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset
• Experience working with diverse data sources and business users
• Experience using JIRA
• Experience from working with agile methods
• Experience from managing large data volumes in Excel

Location: Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Łódź, with 3 days per week in the office.
