Group Management Accountant

Are you a qualified accountant looking to join a high growth business who have recently gone through a sale and are now entering their second phase of exponential growth?  A highly dynamic, fast-moving business based on the outskirts of Chelmsford are looking for a qualified management accountant to join their team with a view of moving into a Group Financial Controller in the future.  You will gain excellent exposure to projects, a new system integration, process improvements and entities across multiple sites.  As a Group Management Accountant you will be:  Leading the management accounts cycle including budgeting, forecasts and all aspects of month-end reporting  Be the project lead around costings, overheads, profitability exercises and system improvements  Business partnering with the wider business identifying trends, analysis,  and driving efficiency gains Leading all statutory reporting requirements including VAT, Intrastat and payroll  Managing all areas of departmental reporting analysing key financial data and assisting with key business decisions  As a Group Management Accountant you will need to have:  Strong ERP Experience  ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified  Strong Commercial and Analytical experience As a Group Management Accountant you will get:  £55,000 – £65,000 Private Healthcare  Pension Scheme  Discretionary Bonus  At Rutherford Briant, we are passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion.
