About the Role
Detailed description of work task to be carried out • Provide support to project manager with a daily work, task management, hosting project meeting, reporting, escalations etc. • Provide overview about Recovery Tenant tool and guide users how to set their accounts. • Ensure effective user adoption and training for recovery systems • Maintain user databases and tracking systems Must-have knowledge and experience • High interpersonal skills • Fluent English • Good excel skills • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to carry on with task without supervisor • Good organizational skills • Experience with user onboarding and training • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Experience with user management and tracking systems Location Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa i Łódź.
