Job Description
Manage and grow a department of 3 Commissioning Agents while expanding team capabilities
Perform client-facing activities for both Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning projects
Identify new business opportunities and guide clients through the proposal and contracting process
Mentor team members and drive overall department growth and development
Key Requirements
Demonstrated experience in HVAC, Building, and Automation systems
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
Genuine interest and aptitude in Business Development
BS/BA degree required
