Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile practices for small to large teams. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Project Management and a proven track record of guiding teams to successfully deliver projects in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews) effectively.
Guide teams in adopting and improving agile practices and principles.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor team progress, metrics, and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications / Skills:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master for small to large teams.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and project management principles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to coach teams and organizations in agile adoption and continuous improvement
