This job is REMOTE.FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00Shift: Shift 1Shift Details: Monday 9-5:30, Tuesday 10:30-7, Wednesday 9-5:30, Thursday 9-5:30, Friday 9-5 Job Summary: Acts as a subject matter expert in servicing Froedtert Theda Care Health Rehabilitation Services patients’ needs, including registration, scheduling, and other patient access requests, in order to ensure an exceptional experience and provide first contact resolution. Tasks are completed for multiple rehabilitation departments and therapy specialties across the Froedtert Theda Care/South Region . This position will use detailed protocols and enterprise scheduling tools to aid patients in scheduling with the right rehabilitation provider at the right time and location. Customer-focused and friendly communication skills will provide an exceptional experience and set the stage for patient preference and loyalty to Froedtert Theda Care Health. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service position is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service position is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Expert oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task. Proven ability to mentor other co-workers on job tasks and workflows. Strong proactive organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and health care appointment scheduling software such as Epic. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred. Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $20.01 - $26.61.
