UX CONTENT WRITER (REMOTE)

Ready to use your words to simplify the complex and shape the digital experience for millions? Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a talented Digital Content Writer for a remote contract opportunity! In this collaborative role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial concepts and user-friendly content, creating a seamless and engaging journey for every audience.
Responsibilities:

• Craft content for the user experience (help content, page descriptions, tooltips, error messages), emails, letters, PDF documents, and demo videos.
• Adopt a client-centric approach to writing, maintaining a consistent voice and tone that aligns with the client's brand and editorial standards.
• Translate complex legal, compliance, and business requirements into content that is easily understood by the target audience while ensuring regulatory accuracy.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Client Services, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to develop digital content that creates a frictionless, omnichannel, and intelligent experience for audiences (participants, plan sponsors, and advisor partners) and drives the desired operational outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience writing digital content (ideally in the realm of client communications and UX content).
• Experience writing digital content for financial services (ideally retirement services).
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with WorkFront a plus.
