Job Title: Software Engineer

Experience: 0–15 Years

Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Software Engineer with 0–15 years of experience to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on business requirements

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Debug and resolve technical issues in existing systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best coding practices

• Assist in system design, architecture, and technical documentation

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related)

• 0–15 years of experience in software development

• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as:

  • Java / Python / C# / JavaScript / C++

• Understanding of:

  • Data structures and algorithms

  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

  • Databases (SQL/NoSQL)

  • Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – preferred)

• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, or Django

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
