Für unser Print Media Center (PMC) in Wiesloch-Walldorf suchen wir einen Mediengestalter (m/w/d), der seine umfassende Erfahrung in Produktionssteuerung, Prozessoptimierung und digitaler Drucktechnologie einbringt. Mit Ihrer ausgeprägten Führungskompetenz, technischem Verständnis und der Fähigkeit, operative Abläufe effizient zu gestalten, tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Leistungsfähigkeit und Weiterentwicklung unserer Digitaldrucksysteme bei. Ihre Aufgaben Bedienen und Betreuen unserer Digitaldrucksysteme sowie zugehöriger Workflow-Komponenten Sicherstellen reibungsloser Produktionsabläufe und effizienten Ressourceneinsatzes im PMC Erkennen, Analysieren und Lösen anwendungstechnischer und prozessbezogener Probleme Mitwirken an Tests neuer Maschinen, Komponenten und Workflows im Entwicklungsumfeld Durchführung von Produkt-, System- und Anwendungstrainings für interne und externe Anwender Vorbereitung und operative Begleitung von Maschinenpräsentationen für Kunden Support bei Inbetriebnahmen, Produktionsbegleitungen sowie Serviceeinsätzen Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Produktanwendungen und Applikationen Enge Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zur Prozessoptimierung Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in der Druckvorstufe, Medientechnologie oder Mediengestaltung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise Digitaldruck, Druckvorstufe oder Workflow-Systeme Sehr gutes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, Qualitätsanforderungen und technische Abläufe Sicherer Umgang mit Prinect-Workflows, Microsoft Office und digitalen Produktionssystemen Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude daran, Wissen zu vermitteln Erfahrung in Mitarbeiter- oder Teamführung von Vorteil Anpassungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung Gute Englischkenntnisse für Schulungen und internationale Besuchergruppen Wir bieten Eine vielseitige, technisch anspruchsvolle Position im innovativen Umfeld des Print Media Centers Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und neue Technologien mitzuentwickeln Ein motiviertes Team sowie kollegiale, transparente Zusammenarbeit Modern ausgestattete Arbeitsumgebung mit neuesten Digitaldrucksystemen Langfristige Perspektive mit fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung Why work for HEIDELBERG?
