SIMS / Bromcom Administrator - Full-Time (5 Days per Week) Location: Lambeth, South London | Secondary SchoolsWe are seeking an experienced and highly capable SIMS / Bromcom Administrator to join a thriving secondary school setting in Lambeth. This is a full-time, five-days-per-week position, ideal for a professional with a strong background in school data management systems and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.About the Role You will play a key role in the smooth running of the school's data and information systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all administrative processes. Working closely with senior leadership and administrative teams, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the school's MIS (Management Information System), supporting data-driven decision-making across the school.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain SIMS and/or Bromcom systems to a high standardOversee student data, including admissions, attendance, assessment, and reportingProduce and analyse data reports for senior leadership and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and school policiesSupport staff with system use and provide training where necessaryAssist with census returns and statutory reporting requirementsRequirementsProven experience working with SIMS and/or Bromcom in a school environmentStrong knowledge of school data systems, processes, and compliance requirementsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and a collaborative approachA degree is preferred but not essentialAbout the School This is a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Lambeth, known for its supportive leadership team and positive working environment.
