Senior Manager, Global Integrated Business Planning & Inventory Management Location: Tempe, Arizona (Onsite) Relocation assistance can be offered for the right candidate Full-time, Direct Hire Compensation : $1 45 ,000 – $175,000 + full benefits Job Summary Sirius Staffing is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Inventory Management to support a leading global organization in the medical device industry. This role serves as a central hub across the business—aligning supply chain, demand planning, finance, and product teams to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time while meeting financial and operational goals. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end IBP process, drive cross-functional alignment, and provide insights that guide executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across all stages (demand, supply, financial reconciliation, and executive review) Facilitate monthly business reviews and planning cycles to ensure alignment across departments Partner with finance, supply chain, and product teams to ensure consistent forecasting and decision-making Identify and resolve gaps between demand, supply, and financial targets Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to support strategic decisions Drive adoption and continuous improvement of IBP processes, tools, and best practices Lead cross-functional teams to address risks, constraints, and business challenges Ensure accurate reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking across planning processes Support change management initiatives to improve organizational alignment and efficiency Develop and maintain planning processes, documentation, and governance standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain , Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, or IBP Prior leadership or management experience Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and business operations Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences Experience working with financial data and aligning operational plans to business goals Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship. Nice to Have Master’s degree or MBA Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or manufacturing industry Advanced knowledge of IBP/S&OP systems and processes Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) Background in process improvement or organizational transformation initiatives Sirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
