We are seeking a highly
organized, results-driven Practice Manager to oversee operations across
multiple Primary and Immediate Care clinics in Smyrna and Dallas, GA. This role leads day-to-day operations across 3–5 sites with
full accountability for performance, staff, and patient experience, requiring
strong on-site presence and frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multi-site clinic
operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality care
Drive performance across key
metrics (volume, revenue, utilization, patient experience)
Manage and develop teams,
promoting accountability and improvement
Oversee scheduling,
staffing, and payroll to optimize operations
Monitor KPIs and implement
performance improvements
Ensure compliance with
HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards
Collaborate with leadership
to enhance workflows and patient experience
Maintain strong on-site
presence with frequent travel (~90%); expected to support clinics as needed and
visit each site at least weekly
Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000 - $100,000 with
10-20% bonus based on clinic performance

Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of
people leadership experience (healthcare setting strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage
multi-site operations and lead high-performing teams
Strong organizational skills
with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Experience with payroll
processes, staff scheduling, and operational workflows
Working knowledge of EMR
systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid understanding of
HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards, with the ability to enforce
compliance
Preferred: Medical Assistant
or clinical background
