We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading UK organisation on an Inside IR35 contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who can lead complex projects, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and governance.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.
- Provide regular project status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration between internal teams, third-party suppliers, and business partners.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 to 6 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven project delivery experience within:
- Manufacturing
- Logistics
- Service-based organisations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced business environments.
- Experience delivering projects involving SaaS-based solutions is preferred.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with government suppliers.
- Exposure to regulated industries and compliance-driven environments.
Mandatory Criteria
- Must have demonstrable experience working within the private sector.
- Candidates with a public sector background will not be considered.
- Immediate availability or up to a 1-month notice period preferred.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
- Work Arrangement: Primarily Onsite
- Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days per week (where applicable)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month preferred
