<p><strong>Area Neighbourhood Caretaker needed in Birmingham Paying £13 per hr ref 470820</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
</p>
<p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>Carry out daily health and safety checks across low-rise and high-rise buildings</li>
<li>Undertake cleaning duties in communal areas, ensuring a high standard is maintained at all times</li>
<li>Perform litter picking and general estate cleaning</li>
<li>Manage rubbish removal and item clearances, including bulky waste</li>
<li>Conduct regular fly-tipping inspections and ensure prompt clearance</li>
<li>Operate a tipper vehicle to transport waste and materials as required</li>
<li>Carry out grounds maintenance, including cutting back vegetation and managing overgrowth in open areas</li>
<li>Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly</li>
