With a brand-new office opening in February, a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and outstanding benefits, this role offers an exceptional quality of life—no weekends, no on-call, and the autonomy to work in a modern, well-supported clinical setting.</p> <p>Title: Physical Therapist (Lead Position Available)<br /> Location: Southington, CT (new office opening)<br /> Salary + Benefits: $45 to $65/hour (equivalent to $93,600–$135,200 annually) + $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, full benefits, 401(k), PTO, and more.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:<br /> • Provide high-quality orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.<br /> • Manage a patient schedule averaging 14 patients per day within an 8-hour workday.<br /> • Serve as the Lead PT at the new Southington location (Lead role optional based on experience).<br /> • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient outcomes.<br /> • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical and regulatory standards.<br /> • Contribute to a high-volume practice while maintaining excellent patient engagement and satisfaction.<br /> • Work a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM–7:00 PM, with at least one later shift.</p> <p>Requirements of the Physical Therapist:<br /> • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut (or ability to obtain).<br /> • Open to new graduates as well as experienced clinicians.<br /> • Strong interest or experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.<br /> • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient environment.<br /> • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.<br /> • Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.</p> <p>Benefits Include:<br /> • Full healthcare benefits, including medical, vision, and dental.<br /> • Medical insurance options: United Healthcare and Anthem.<br /> • 401(k) with 6% match, eligible to contribute after 6 months.<br /> • Medical coverage begins after 60 days.<br /> • 3 weeks of PTO per year.<br /> • BJ’s Wholesale Club membership included.<br /> • No weekends and no on-call requirements.<br /> • Option for a 4-day workweek while maintaining 40 hours.</p> <p>For further consideration, send resume or email to Alexg@smitharnold.com VP of recruitment or call 914-774-8202</p>
