Purpose of the job
Bank is performing a cross-platform estate review of the Close of Business (COB) executions and downstream batch flows. This is an extensive, enterprise-wide review and requires an experienced, enterprise project manager that has the contextual knowledge in this field so that they could help plan and build the review and remediation plan, track and report the deliverables and manage the overall scope of this piece of work. As reporting is given to the head of Retail banking technology and head of technology, executive reporting and documentation is also a key factor of this candidate.

Accountabilities
Project management and delivery
•    This person will be accountable for making sure this project is scoped, the deliverables clearly defined and delivery executed within given timelines
•    This would include the maintenance of tracking dashboard with all project progress, next steps, as well as full project metrics needed to effectively manage delivery 

Stakeholder management
•    Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders
•    Consistent communication to keep senior leaders informed
•    Professional and contextual engagement with senior specialists in diverse fields

Contextual planning and coordination
•    Setup workshops, maintain dialogue and ensure regular, contextual discussions
•    Facilitate discussions, manage escalations and coordinate interactive planning and delivery
