Junior Project Coordinator

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

· Coordinating of internal and external penetration tests
· Facilitating proposal meetings, kick-off meetings and report presentation meetings
· Registering test reports, risk acceptances, dispensations, and other deviations
· Supporting Application’s Teams, Suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders
· Being point of contact for our external Suppliers

 

Must-have knowledge and experience

· Good English skills (written and spoken)
· At least 1 year Experience of working in an international environment
· Good in setting up and leading meetings
· Able to work with many tasks at the same time
· Can accept a high workload in periods
· You can work independently as well as in the team
· You are careful, responsible and persistent with your work
· Willing to adapt to fast pace environment
· Interest in Cyber Security topics and willing to expand knowledge in that field

 
Location: Gdynia
Hybrid: 2 days per week from the office
