As a Senior Programme Manager – Data & Analytics Leadership, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution committed to leveraging data as a strategic asset. You will help shape and deliver complex data management and analytics programs that reduce risk, improve architecture, and enable business growth across the organization. Your main responsibilities: Own the execution of data management and analytics capabilities within a high-profile, global program, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic roadmaps and adoption plans. Develop and implement program strategies, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments, and key changes. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and contingent resources across multiple locations. Manage program reporting, governance, benefits realization, and OKRs, ensuring transparency and accountability. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technology teams, and stakeholders to facilitate planning, forecasting, and resource management. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Use delivery tools like JIRA and Confluence to establish dashboards, track performance, and report on financial health and KPIs. Contribute to the evolution of the program management discipline within the organization by sharing best practices and establishing quality controls. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 5 years of experience in programme management, preferably within the financial services sector. Proven ability to lead large, complex, global delivery programs in a change environment. Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels, including senior leadership and technical teams. Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices applied to programme management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. Ability to work in Europe legally and with existing rights to employment. It is a strong plus if you have: Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications. Experience in data architecture, data management, or analytics projects. Language Required for the role: Fluent in English.
