Due to growing demand, we are recruiting SEN Cover Supervisors to join our supply team, offering flexible, day-to-day work as well as longer-term opportunities.The RoleDeliver pre-prepared lessons to small groups (KS1 - Post-16)Maintain a calm, structured learning environmentSupport pupils with ASD, SEMH, communication and learning needsWork closely with teaching and support staffAdapt activities and behaviour strategies to meet individual needsBuild positive, trusting relationships with pupilsPupil ProfilePupils may present with communication barriers, emotional regulation difficulties, sensory needs, and developmental delays.
