<p>Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Preston £50k PLUS bonus 3+ PQE You’ll manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and client-focused service. Key Responsibilities Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New builds and Help to Buy Title checks and property searches Drafting and reviewing contracts Raising and responding to enquiries Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules Anti-money laundering regulations Essential Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing Ability to run files independently Excellent client communication skills Desirable Experience with high-volume caseloads Familiarity with case management software (e.g. Leap, Proclaim) Business development or networking experience Benefits Hybrid working 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday Birthday off Bupa healthcare (from day one) Free on site parking Volunteer days Option to purchase 5 days extra annual leave </p>
