Candidate will be responsible for the following:
<ul>
<li>General maintenance on apartment complexes including:
<ul>
<li>Painting</li>
<li>Plumbing</li>
<li>Changing out light bulbs and light fixtures</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
Candidate must meet the following requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 6 months experience in either construction or apartment maintenance</li>
<li>Available for full time hours: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday</li>
<li>Must be available for some weekend work as needed</li>
<li>Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle</li>
</ul>
