About the Role

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join their welcoming, supportive and stable FAST (Family Assessment and Support Team) based in East Lindsey. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and skilled practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced safeguarding environment and is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families. About the Role: Within the FAST team, you will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive assessments of children and their families where safeguarding concerns have been identified. You will play a key role in managing risk, supporting families, and ensuring children are safeguarded effectively. Key Responsibilities: Completing detailed Child and Family Assessments Working closely with partner agencies to gather and analyse information Managing cases under CIN (Child in Need) and CP (Child Protection) frameworks Undertaking enquiries and direct work with families to ensure children are cared for safely Managing private and public law proceedings Supporting less experienced team members where required (AP level responsibility) Working Arrangements: Operates on a three-week duty rota 1 week on duty (allocated new cases) 2 weeks off duty During duty weeks, there is an expectation to be office-based This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and well-supported team environment that values professional development and collaborative working.
