A marketing intern supports the marketing department by executing campaigns, managing social media, project management, and assisting with content creation and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in marketing/communications with strong communication, creativity, and digital proficiency to help boost brand awareness and engagement. This position reports to the Marketing Director and is based out of our Anoka office. What you’ll do: Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram). Campaign Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and events. Market Research: Analyze competitor products, services, and digital content to identify market trends. Content Creation: Draft copy for blog posts, newsletters, emails, and social media, ensuring brand consistency. Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining databases Experience you bring: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and team collaboration. Digital Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
