About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a high-impact, embedded HR role supporting a leading, fast-paced technology business. This is not a traditional HR Team Leader role — instead, it offers a hands-on, client-facing HRBP-style position where you’ll operate as the primary HR partner within a live commercial environment. You’ll be embedded within a key client, working closely with stakeholders across technical, sales and operational teams, delivering pragmatic, responsive and commercially focused HR support. The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day HR function for a major client account, balancing proactive people initiatives with reactive HR support in a fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, pace and building strong relationships, and who enjoys being close to the business rather than operating in a purely strategic or policy-driven role.
