The Civil Engineer will design site improvements including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management systems. Responsibilities include preparing construction documents, conducting hydraulic calculations, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and providing construction observation. This role requires both technical expertise and client interaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering PE license (North Carolina preferred) 5-8 years of site development experience Proficiency in Civil 3D and HydroCAD Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and utility design Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with municipal permitting processes Stormwater management certification Familiarity with low-impact development (LID) design
