Night Shift Maintenance Technician

Nesco Resource is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician In Gray Court, SC in a manufacturing environment.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and facility systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and minimizing downtime by responding quickly to equipment failures. The Maintenance Technician works closely with production teams to support safety, quality, and productivity goals while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
 

• Keep production equipment running through preventive maintenance

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

• Replace parts and restore equipment quickly to minimize downtime

• Support installation and startup of new machinery

• Work closely with production to solve issues in real time

• Identify ways to improve efficiency and reliability
   

Preferred Skills:

• Manufacturing maintenance experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently on night shift

• A self-starter who takes ownership and gets the job done

 The Details

• $28–$34/hour (DOE)

• DIRECT HIRE (start as a permanent employee!)

• Rotating schedule

• 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
