About the Role
A well-established and growing food manufacturer is opening a brand-new facility in Atlanta, GA, and is looking for detail-oriented, production associates to join the team from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a modern, state-of-the-art facility. $18.00 – $20.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 1:30 PM What You'll Do As a Batching & Kitting Associate, you'll play a key role in preparing dry goods and ingredients for production. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential — you'll be working directly with batch sheets and precise measurements every day. Weigh and measure ingredients and raw materials to exact specificationsRead and follow batch sheets and production recipes accuratelyAssemble and kit dry goods according to production requirementsMaintain accurate batching records and documentationKeep your work area clean, organized, and in compliance with GMP and food safety standardsCommunicate effectively in both English and Spanish with teammates and supervisors What We're Looking For Experience in a food manufacturing, food production, or bakery environment Ability to read and follow batch sheets or production recipesStrong attention to detail with weighing and measuring ingredientsExperience with kitting, batching, or ingredient prep a plusSit Down Forklift experience a plus!Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
