<p><strong>Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)</strong><br />
<strong>Location:</strong> Leigh-on-Sea<br />
<strong>Salary:</strong> £20,000 – £25,000 basic + OTE £30,000 – £35,000</p>

<p><strong>The Package</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>£20,000 – £25,000 basic (DOE)</li>
<li>£30,000 – £35,000 OTE (uncapped)</li>
<li>2.5% commission on completed valuations</li>
<li>£50 per mortgage sign-up (rising to £75 after 5 completions)</li>
<li>£25 per solicitor referral</li>
<li>Full training with clear progression routes</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Working Hours</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mon–Fri: 8:45am – 6:00pm</li>
<li>Sat: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with one day off in the week)</li>
<li>1 in every 7 Sundays (10:00am – 4:00pm)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Registering applicants and matching them with properties</li>
<li>Carrying out viewings and confidently presenting homes</li>
<li>Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors</li>
<li>Providing feedback and updates to clients</li>
<li>Supporting sales from offer through to completion</li>
<li>Referring mortgages, solicitors, and related services</li>
</ul>
