Our client, a well-recognised firm, is seeking a dedicated Education Solicitor to join their Public Secto team, with a minimum of 2PQE.  Known for their collaborative culture and strong community focus, they offer a supportive environment where legal professionals can thrive and develop their careers.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in public sector law, seeking a role with a balance of responsibility and the chance to make a tangible impact within a forward-thinking organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and support on education law matters to public sector clients
• Managing a varied caseload independently while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, policies, and procedures
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and external parties
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal services within the department

What They're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE, specialising in Education or Public Sector law
• Demonstrated experience advising on education law matters within the public sector
• Knowledge of applicable legislation, policies, and procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to work
