<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">As part of the internal sales team, you will play a key role in driving new business and supporting the growth of the road freight division.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px"><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead follow-up</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Providing competitive quotations for European road freight services</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Supporting the external sales team and wider operations</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Managing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Working towards individual and team sales targets</span></li>

<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Previous experience in <strong>freight forwarding or logistics sales</strong> (road freight preferred)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Strong communication and negotiation skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment</span></li>
