About the role:
Justteachers are recruiting on behalf of a 2-form entry primary school, in the centre of Lincoln, who are seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and forward-thinking team from September 2026. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with children with SEN and be committed to helping every child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with ASC, complex needs, and medical conditions in their daily learning
- Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and tailored teaching approaches
- Provide personal care and medical support where required (training will be provided)
- Work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to ensure pupils receive appropriate guidance
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment to promote student engagement and independence
Pre-requisites:
- Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASC, complex, or medical needs (preferred but not essential)
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to inclusive education
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo SEN-specific training
- Ability to provide 2 educational or care related references
