<li>Experience and proven success in a reward-centred role within a complex, multi-site, or service-driven organisation.</li>

<li>Driving change in designing pay frameworks, job evaluation, and pay/benefit structures.</li>

<li>Highly analytical with a strategic mindset.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Willis Tower Watson or Korn Ferry</li>
