Complex Carer (Learning Disabilities) – Oswestry, Shropshire JAM CARE is recruiting for compassionate and flexible care staff to join our team of carers, supporting one of our complex clients in their own home. You will provide assistance and support to our client helping them with all aspects of care, daily activities and emotional support. Previous experience working 1:1 in a clients own home is preferable. Hours on offer are Nights – 8pm to 8am Weekdays – 5pm – 8pm Weekends (Sat & Sun) – 8am – 8pm We are looking for motivated individuals to join our care teams who are committed to making a positive difference thorough reliability, hard work and genuine compassion and care. Excellent communication skills. Please note that at JAM CARE you will generally be working with one service user in the community for the duration of each shift.
