The Senior Hair Stylist will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the overall success of the salon. * Responsibilities * * Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments. * Manage daily store operations, ensuring the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and customer care. * Provide expert advice on haircare products and upselling additional services to maximise client satisfaction and revenue. * Handle front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining accurate records. * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews. * Stay updated with industry trends and continuously develop skills through training sessions and professional development opportunities. * Qualifications * * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a comprehensive portfolio of work demonstrating versatility across various styles. * Previous experience in store management or supervisory roles is highly desirable.. * Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. * Ability to mentor junior staff effectively whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism. * Proficiency in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. * Organised with outstanding attention to detail in both technical work and administrative duties. * A recognised qualification in hairdressing or barbering from an accredited institution.
