About the Role
<p><strong>REQUIRMENTS</strong>: FLT Counterbalance Driver</p>
<p><strong>LOCATION</strong>: Speke, Liverpool (L24)</p>
<p><strong>SALARY</strong>: £13.44 per hour</p>
<p><strong>HOURS</strong>: Monday to Friday / Week 1 – 07:00 to 16:00, Week 2 – 11:00 to 19:00</p>

<p>We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced distribution environment. This is a hands-on role requiring efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ul class="text">
<li>Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Loading and unloading goods from vehicles</li>
<li>Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas</li>
<li>Ensuring all loads are secure and handled correctly</li>
<li>Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults</li>
<li>Assisting with general warehouse duties when required</li>
<li>Maintaining a clean and organised working environment</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul class="text">
<li>Valid and in-date RTITB or ITSSAR accredited Counterbalance licence (essential)</li>
<li>Previous experience in a similar FLT role</li>
<li>Ability to work both day and afternoon shifts on a rotating basis</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills</li>
<li>A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team</li>
<li>Good understanding of health and safety practices</li>
</ul>
