What you’ll be doing: Being a Reablement Worker means supporting people in their own homes for a short space of time to assist them to reach their full potential, this may include managing a variety of aspects of daily living skills, set clear and achievable goals to help people rebuild their former independence and confidence to sustain independent living at home and in their communities. You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based in Ellesmere Port, Chester, Vale Royal and Rural areas within the Cheshire west and Chester area. Joining the Reablement team you will not just be joining a local council but a wider community team who support service users and their families to live full and independent lives. Previous experience in a care setting is not essential as full training is provided throughout your career.
