About the Role
<p>Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a well-established organization seeking an <strong>Accountant </strong>to join its growing finance team. This opportunity offers exposure to core accounting functions while working closely with experienced finance leadership in a collaborative environment.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations</li>
<li>Support month-end close activities</li>
<li>Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and select payroll processes</li>
<li>Partner with finance leadership on ad hoc accounting projects and process improvements</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field</li>
<li>Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Exposure to AP, AR, or payroll is a plus</li>
</ul>
