About the Role
***Must have Apparel/Branding/ Packaging Experience***
We are currently conducting a search for an Account Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field, along with at least 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or strategic support.
What You'll Do:
Engage and initiate development opportunities working alongside Account Managers and Sales Team
Attend internal project meetings and reviews, dissect and coordinate incoming development projects.
Provide directions for sampling and pricing to overseas teams.
Manage day-to-day status of developments and provide direction and status updates both internally and externally.
Work closely with overseas sales and account teams on global program coordination, setting standards and developing counter sampling guides.
Work closely with the Art department making sure production art is expedited.
Cross functionally work with IT team to set up online ordering platform for global vendor access
Shared ownership of programs and account management.
What You'll Bring:
College Degree and/or up to 5 years of experience of direct or indirect (such as marketing, sourcing, implementation) client/account coordination responsibilities.
Knowledge of the apparel branding and packaging industry a plus.
Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to gather, develop and distribute all assets that pertain to sourcing.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Experience in organization of information and data using spreadsheets and online tools
Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word
New pane and/or print functions).
Possess excellent written and verbal skills
Thinks outside the box and craft solutions within given constraints
Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
